Public saftey charges may apply. The rate of pay for a Public Safety officer at special functions is based on a four-hour minimum.
Southern New Hampshire University Dining Services will provide any catering services needed by organizations using SNHU's facilities. Menus and price lists are available upon request.
- 15-percent discount for events sponsored by SNHU alumni.
- 15-percent discount will for events and organizations that benefit the mission of SNHU.
All organizations using SNHU's facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance for a minimum of one million dollars. Southern New Hampshire University must hold the certificate at least two weeks before the scheduled event.
A guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours (three working days) prior to your event. In the event that your function is cancelled less than thirty days from the date of the function, we will require a cancellation fee equal to 50-percent of the total estimated expenditures.
