PEP Application Materials

To apply for the PEP program as a Participant, you must complete the following steps:

1. Complete the PEP application packet. (PDF 51 kb)

2. Have your supervisor complete an assessment form  (PDF 85 kb) and return it to Sara Wilson, Office of Training and Organizational Development in a sealed envelope or electronically.

3. Submit one letter of recommendation from a University administrator or other professional contact (other than own supervisor).

4. Submit all materials, including a current resume, electronically or by campus mail to Sara Wilson, Director of Training and Organizational Development, Division of Human Resources and Development.

Applications for the 2009-10 class must be submitted no later than Friday, April 10th.
