Learn to Lead - Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership

Course work in Southern New Hampshire University's master's degree in Organizational Leadership is designed to help you integrate what you learn in class with your professional work. Many of our Organizational Leadership faculty are leaders in the field and collaborate with professionals who are actively applying organizational leadership skills in the workplace. From these real-world applications you will gain key insight on how to effectively facilitate and manage change.

The master's degree in Organizational Leadership is a 36-credit program conveniently offered online and on campus. Classes meet over 11-week terms; enroll at the start of any term throughout the year. Take two classes each term and earn your master's degree in Organizational Leadership in as few as 18 months.

Tailor Your Curriculum - Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership

In addition to six core Organizational Leadership courses, you will take three Organizational Leadership electives and three graduate-level business electives, enabling you to select courses aligned with your specific area of interest.

If you do not have a business-related undergraduate degree, you may be required to take one or both of the foundation courses listed below. An advisor will work with you to determine which of these courses, if any, you must completeIf required, these courses count towards the business electives.
