Audio Visual Reservations
To reserve equipment, contact the AV Media Center at least 48 hours in advance with your criteria (time, place, piece of equipment) and your request will be entered into the AV scheduling system. This helps guarantee you will get the equipment you want when you
want it.
Camcorder requests must be made in writing on the camcorder request form; made 48 hours in advance. Student ID must be taken and held until the camcorder is returned to the AV; either Tom Helm or Keith Radziwon.
Videotape reservations can be made by phone, e-mail, or in person. A catalog of videotapes is available online at the following link: Online Catalog Special Services:

- Video transfer service is available for international videotape to go from PAL or SECAM to NTSC, and back again.
- Satellite Downlinks -- available for university and outside groups. The signal can be sent to any part of the SNHU campus, and is Ku/C band compatible.
