When creating a Query Builder download, files containing Zipcodes are often brought into Excel.  The Zipcode field will be stripped of the leading zeros, which is not acceptable.  This tip shows you how to remedy that problem.

1. Create a valid download with Zipcode field and open in Excel.
2. Highlight the Zipcode field, and choose Format Cells.
3. Under the 'Number' tab, choose 'Special' category, then choose a type of 'Zip code'.
4. Under the 'Alignment' tab, choose Horizontal: 'Justify', and choose Text direction: 'Left-to-Right'.
5. Click OK to see a well formatted Zipcode field!
