CREATE A MAILING LIST DOWNLOAD USING THE NEW XMLB REPORT!
The new XMLB (Download for Mailing Labels) report will allow you to create 3 different kinds of mailing labels.
- Option 1 = Preferred Address Labels
- Option 2 = Closest Adress Labels
- Option 3 = To the Parents Of/Preferred Address Labels
You must have a valid savedlist to run this report and create a download. If you don't have a savedlist, a Master Select Savedlist can be used.
When you finish running XMLB, your download file has been created. You must have colon prompt access to move the file to your PC. This is done at the COLON PROMPT, using 'RUN'and then 'IMPORT'.
Use your download to together with Word Merge to create your labels.
