Stock Transfers

SNHU uses Citizens Bank Investment Management Services for securities transfers. For stock held by a broker, following these steps will enable your valued gift to be received quickly and easily:

1. Please inform SNHU and/or Citizens Bank of your intent to gift SNHU prior to actually sending your gift.  Your or your broker may reach SNHU and Citizens Bank as follows:

2. Information needed by Citizens Bank to properly accept the gift:
   
   • Donor's name
   • Broker's name, telephone number and fax number
   • Name, number of shares and CUSIP of stock to be gifted
   • Any particular designation requested
     
     
3. Citizens Bank will provide current and updated delivery instructions and will work with your broker to ensure proper delivery and acceptance of your gift.
   
   
4. SNHU will provide you with a receipt showing the value of your gift.
