Inter-Greek Council (IGC)

All fraternities and sororities recognized at Southern New Hampshire University are governed by the Inter-Greek Council.

Sororities: Kappa Delta Phi- Nationally Affiliated Sorority, Phi Delta Beta, Kappa Lambda and Phi Omega Psi.

Fraternities; Kappa Delta Phi, Phi Delta Theta and Phi Delta Psi.

The purpose of the Inter-Greek Council

  • Promote interest of the college
  • Promote the interests of the fraternalism at Southern New Hampshire University
  • Foster fraternal cooperation with the college and community
  • Foster cooperation among the fraternities and sororities on this campus
  • Discuss questions of mutual interests, to supervise fraternal conduct and to make such necessary rules and regulations as the council sees fit.

The Greek societies here at SNHU and all over North America since their modern inception in 1776 are committed such high-minded ideals as brotherhood/sisterhood, academic scholarship, the development of proper leadership, success, and service to the community. All representatives are appointed by thier respective Greek organization.
