The forms listed below are vital to ensuring an appropriate housing assignment. The Residence Agreement serves as the contract that binds a student for the cost of room and board for two (2) semesters or terms. The Preference Form assists in assigning roommates.
By completing these forms and returning them to Residence Life, it will help the staff to make an assignment.
