Choice 1: Herb Crusted Tuna Carpaccio with Avocado
Choice 2: Crab Roll ( cucumber, sprouts, basil, carrots, toasted sesame seeds) with Ginger Sauce

Lemongrass Champagne Sorbet

Choice 1: Pork Loin with Roasted Baby Carrots and Parsnip-Cauliflower Mash
Choice 2: Grilled Filet of Beef with Asparagus, Shiitake and Fennel Ragu finished with Pinot Noir Demi Glace with Roasted Medley of Fingerling Potatoes
Dessert:
Choice 1: Spring Fruit
Orange Angel Food Cake, Rhubarb Compote, Hibiscus Soup, Orange- Rhubarb Sorbet and Meringue
