About Our Kitchen
Our students rotate through each station in the kitchen which includes
Soups-Salad and Pantry-Sandwiches-Expediting-
Grill and Appetizers - Sauté and Pasta - Desserts and Cheese
Because this is a teaching facility, we apologize in advance
 if we are temporarily out of a menu item.


 

The Hospitality Restaurant is closing for the summer. In September there will be postings on when the new lunches begin.
