Granite State Ambassadors

Granite State Ambassadors Inc. trains, services and manages welcome and information centers for New Hampshire's tourism industry. Granite State Ambassadors are volunteers and employees who anticipate, meet and exceed the informational needs of guests and residents of the State of New Hampshire.

Granite State Ambassador volunteerss were chosen as, "The Very Best Volunteers of New Hampshire" in July 2000 by New Hampshire Magazine. The award notes that "To many visitor's these are the first people they talk to and by their friendly, unhurried, and helpful approach, the volunteers say more about New Hampshire than any paid advertising could hope to."

The GSA training program is certified through Southern New Hampshire University in the areas of hospitality, attractions and heritage tourism, sports and recreation, NH-made products, business and industrial development, as well as seasonal events and regional activities.
