Benefits for Recognized Student Organizations

Groups, which have been granted Institution Recognition, SGA Approval and have completed their registration with the Office of Campus Programming & Leadership are entitled to the following:
  • Use of the university name.
  • Use of university facilities.
  • Participation as a recognized organization, club or group in official programs of the university.
  • Conduct fund-raising events on campus with permission from Dining Services and the Office of Campus Programming & Leadership. Residence Directors must approve sales and solicitations in residence areas.
  • Listing in official university publications.
  • Participation in the annual Club Day programs held in the fall and spring semesters.
  • SGA House of Representatives membership.
  • Campus publicity by printed announcements, posters and voice mail as authorized by the Office of Campus Programming & Leadership.
  • Organization mailbox in the Student Organization Suite in the Student Center and use of mail services on campus.
  • Publishing of group events in the University Online Calendar.
  • Petitioning of funding from SGA for group projects and activities.
  • Listing on the NHC Office of Campus Programming & Leadership Home Page.
  • SNHU E-mail Account for your group.
