Your SNHU ID Card
Your SNHU ID Card is designed to be used for the duration of your stay at Southern New Hampshire University & entitles you to enter all activities sponsored by the university. You must carry your ID card whenever you are outside your residence area and are required to show your ID at registration and whenever requested by any university official.
- Dining Dollars when used at the registers located at any Dining Services outlet. All resident students are required to participate in a Dining Dollars program.
- Penmen Cash account when used at the bookstore, laundry, vending machines etc.
- In some cases your ID will grant you access to your residence hall.
If you leave SNHU before graduating, you must return your identification card to complete the withdrawal process.
Report lost cards to Student Administrative Services immediately. Cards will be replaced for a non-refundable fee of $25.
