What happens if a card is lost or stolen?
Card owners are responsible for reporting lost cards promptly to the Dining Services office or the Bursar's Office. Once reported, the lost card will immediately be locked out of the system and will become invalid. A temporary card may be requested until a new permanent card can be reissued. There will be a $25 fee for the new card.

What happens if someone tries to use an invalid card?
It's bearer is denied access to the system.

  • The card will be taken by the cashier.
  • If there has been improper use of the card, the bearer may be subject to judicial action.

What happens if a student runs out of money?
The student may purchase additional access to the system at the Bursar's Office in Exeter Hall.
