ACC 550 - Cost Accounting
This course provides a comprehensive study of theýconcepts, procedures, and practices of accountingýsystems that record, classify, and report costýdata. these systems are designed to aid in theýcost-effective operation of for-profit and non-ýprofit organizations. This course focuses on costýbehaviors, alternative cost systems, andýaccounting tools for planning and control.ýAdditional topics studied would include relevantýcost analysis for management decisions, cost/ýrevenue allcation methods, inventory management,ýand transfer pricing.
