This course focuses on computer-based financialýinformation systems and their integration intoýorganizations' total information systems. Studentsýexamine accounting systems in terms of inputs andýoutputs from the viewpoints of users, controllers,ýauditors and designers. Topics include computerýhardware and software, systems analysis andýdesign, database management systems, internalýcontrol, and specific accounting and auditingýcomputer applications.
