This is the capstone course for the master ofýscience in accounting program. It surveys topicsýand controversies in accounting literature to helpýstudents appreciate the development and status ofýgenerally accepted accounting principles. Theýcourse requires a research project and aýpresentation on issues related to the practicalýapplication of accounting principles.
