Refund Policy

Undergraduate Refund Policy:
Students enrolled in the part-time program who wish to drop or withdraw from a course must do so by e-mail or fax and state the reason for withdrawal. Non-participation does not warrant a 100-percent refund. The refund of tuition is based on the last date of activity in Blackboard. Once you submit a drop/withdrawal request do not log on to blackboard.

Before the first week of class*, 100 percent

As of the first day of the first week of class, 80 percent

As of the first day of the second week of class, 50 percent 

As of the first day of the third week of class, no refund

As of the first day of the fifth week of class, no refund and must be instructor-initiated

As of the first day of the eighth week of class, no withdrawals permitted

Graduate Refund Policy:
Enrolled students in the part-time program who withdraw must do so in writing, stating the reason for withdrawal.

 Before the first week of class*, 100 percent

As of the first day of the first week of class, 80 percent

As of the first day of the second week of class, 50 percent

As of the first day of the third week of class, no refund

 

* Drop fee: There is a $25 administrative drop fee per class if you drop two weeks prior to the first class.

Note: No adjustments to account balances will be made nor withdrawal disputes considered after 30 days from the ends of the term during which the student withdrew.
