Making a difference in the world has long been the rule, not the exception, for School of CED graduates. Leading, planning, developing and empowering are all adjectives that practitioners have used to describe their Southern New Hampshire University experience.

Joyce Dickens, a School of CED graduate, founded the Rocky Mount/Edgecombe Community Development Corp in her community of Rocky Mount, N.C. “I looked around my town and saw that there was literally no development on my side of town. The master’s program laid my foundation and broadened my scope of what’s possible.”
