As a past SNHU Student Government Association president, Jason Demarzo knows what it’s like to be a motivated leader. As an agent and registered representative with New York Life and New York Securities, Jason analyzes life insurance, retirement and college funding needs. He is in charge of bringing and maintaining over 150 clients, is a member of the New York Life’s Executive Council and is a two-time Centurian Award recipient given to top producers. He is now teaching incoming agents what it takes to succeed in this line of work based on his own experiences.

“At the age of 23 I feel that I have an enormous sense of accomplishment. I own my own home, have a great job at New York Life and have an income,” says Jason, a 3Year Honors Degree Program in Business Administration alum. “It makes me feel like I am achieving something.”

Jason chose SNHU based on the 3Year Honors Program location and growth potential of the school. He was very impressed with the program and how he could earn his B.S. in business administration in just three years.

“The program is very hands-on, simulating real-world situations, he says. “I have gained communication skills that allow me to be in any situation at anytime and professionally communicate my message to anyone whether it is to a family member, CEO or in the board room.”
