Our demonstrations give a one hour overview of the course topic followed by a thirty minute tasting/question and answer period. You will also receive recipes, printed information on the topic, and an unedited DVD of the course that we will mail to you approximately one week after the course.

The workshop series is designed for individuals who wish to take the next step in their culinary/hospitality education. Workshops last approximately three hours and you will leave with the fruits of your labor! You should wear comfortable closed toe shoes, pants and a comfortable shirt (that could get dirty). Long hair should be tied back.
