SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – Three Southern New Hampshire student-athletes were named to their respective Northeast-10 Conference honor rolls on Monday.  Getting named to the honor roll for the second straight week were men’s cross country runner Alex Brown (Hudson, NH) and women’s volleyball standout Stephanie Dluginski (Floral Park, NY).  Also named to the men’s soccer honor roll was Paulson Edum (Calabar, Nigeria).

Brown, a junior, posted the fourth-best time in the 11-year history of the SNHU men’s cross country program, finishing sixth overall at the Shacklette Invitational with a time of 28:03.  It also marked a collegiate personal best for Brown.

Dluginski, a freshman middle hitter, averaged 3.1 kills and one block per game in a 2-2 week for the Penmen.  She posted 19 kills in a win over Felician College and recorded 16 kills and nine blocks (two solo, seven assisted) in a 3-2 win over University of the Sciences.  She currently leads the Penmen with 86 kills and 44 blocks on the season.

Edum totaled a goal and an assist last Wednesday as Southern New Hampshire posted a 2-0 shutout victory over Stonehill College, assisting on the game-winning goal.  Edum leads the Penmen in scoring this season with two goals and an assist.
