Dean of the School (Fall of 2008). Professor in the National Master and PhD Programs. Chuck attributes his interest in CED to growing up around America's premier Rust Belt cities: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Youngstown. He was a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation, a consultant at Argonne National Laboratory, and later a professor and department chair at California State Polytechnic University.
