Assistant Professor, Chair of the National Masters Program in CED. He has consulted with the Ford Foundation, the US Department of the Treasury, other governmental, for-profit and nonprofit organizations on economic and business development. He spent over a decade on Wall Street at J. P. Morgan and as Vice President at Citicorp Investment Bank.
