Query Training Schedule
For Query Builder classes, you are required to first complete Template/Core training, and at least 1 other Inquiry or Maintenance training. You must have an SNHU Datatel ID in your own name to take any of the following training. Those who wish to take Query Builder must be using UI interface.
All classes have a limit of 9 attendees and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Classes are held in the Exeter 103 Training Lab.
Query Builder Training (series of 2 classes)
This class will cover the basics of report writing in Datatel including such topics as data files, dictionaries, query structure, component boxes, savedlists, headers, search methods & download creation.

Informer Training (single 1 1/2 hour class)
Informer is web-based reporting tool that allows you to report on Datatel's Colleague database. This tool allows the creation of reports on screen, as well as PDF and Excel format. Although not a prerequisite, those who have completed Query Builder training are most successful using Informer.
