Southern New Hampshire University celebrated its 81st commencement on Saturday, May 11 at the Verizon Wireless Arena, with 1,485 graduates donning caps and gowns to receive their diplomas. Overall, 1,477 undergraduate and 1,344 graduate students earned degrees in 2012-2013. Those who were not in attendance, along with friends and families at a distance, were able to celebrate via live stream video throughout commencement and share tweets and photos using #SNHU2013. The winners of Southern New Hampshire University's Fall Fiction Competition were awarded $6,000 in scholarships after being chosen by a panel of judges from among hundreds of entries.
