Southern New Hampshire University’s Career Services department gathers student employment information on a periodic basis throughout the student lifecycle from enrollment to post-graduation. Surveys are sent to students at four specific points in their academic progression: at the point of admission/enrollment, mid-point to degree completion, final term prior to degree completion, and six months post-graduation. Each survey provides the student an opportunity to share new/updated employment information so that SNHU Career Services may accurately gauge each student’s career progression over time, and evaluate the return on investment in career outcomes based on the student’s continuing education at SNHU. Additionally, SNHU Career Services reaches out to students directly, throughout the student’s lifecycle at the university, to offer individualized support in career development and assist in each student’s pursuit of new career opportunities. All student employment data, along with records of the support provided for each student through SNHU Career Services, is documented within each student’s permanent file with the university. Southern New Hampshire University does not publish this information for marketability or student recruitment efforts.
