"I switched to SNHU because I wanted a quality education from a reputable school."
I was born to parents with no secondary education. It wasn't until after I graduated high school that they both pursued their degrees—it made a huge difference for them. I knew the value of a college education, but always thought it was too much work and money.
A few years ago, my daughter graduated from college with an education degree. She promptly moved out and began her life and career. So, I found myself living alone, recently divorced and wondering what would come next. My current job, although I enjoy it, is limited. I see a day when the company gets bought out, I will be faced with the prospect of a backward movement in my career.
I became anxious and depressed until, one day, the light just came on for me. If I were to get a degree now, I would be ready for a jump ahead no matter what happens at my current company. I attended a different college for a couple of years. I switched to SNHU because I wanted a quality education from a reputable school. The professors at SNHU are top-notch, and the hybrid courses fit my schedule wonderfully. I'm happy I made the change, and I’m enjoying every minute of my time in SNHU's B.S. in Accounting and Finance program.
