"Thank you SNHU for helping me complete the first step to bettering myself and providing a better life for me and my family."
I started college when I was 18 years old. I went just to play sports, so as soon as my college sports career ended, so did my drive to go to class. I ended up dropping out with a little over a year left to complete my degree. I was young and didn't think not having my degree would hurt me in life. I found a job quickly, driving a truck for a Budweiser distributor, and I have been working there ever since. As time has gone on, I’ve found myself more and more disappointed that I never finished my degree. So I decided to do something about it.
I am now 35 years old and still work my full-time job. But I also take classes online at SNHU. I am hoping to have my program completed by the summer of 2015. The decision to go back to college has been the best I’ve made in a while. I can see how proud my family is for me that I’ve done this, and that feels great. The people I have worked with at SNHU so far have been extremely helpful and supportive, and that has made it so much easier to proceed on this journey of obtaining my degree. Thank you SNHU for helping me complete the first step to bettering myself and providing a better life for me and my family.
