"I am very thankful for SNHU, and my academic advisor, Andrea Vomacka, for helping me along the road to being a successful person."
My life, to this day, is full of challenges. How you handle these challenges goes a long way into building values and character. For the previous 10 years I survived on my own and learned a lot about life. I grew up without a mother, and my father is not in my life. My grandmother had instilled values, taught me about caring for people, and how to be respectful of everyone. It has been a long journey to this point, but my life is just beginning. I have a beautiful wife and daughter who support me in everything I do, and I am thankful to have them in my life. I have a full-time job while I am attending SNHU, so finding the time for family, friends, and myself is challenging. But I promised my grandmother, who is 84, that I would graduate from college, and I plan on keeping that promise.
The road of life can be filled with detours, construction, accidents, delays and other drivers with road rage, but by keeping your destination in sight you'll still get there. I am very thankful for SNHU, and my academic advisor, Andrea Vomacka, for helping me along the road to being a successful person. I believe life is meant to be enjoyed with friends and family. Making them proud is what being successful means to me.
