"Once I finish my degree, I plan to use it to instruct college courses."
I graduated in the top 10 from my high school class. I took college courses while in high school, but after graduation, one thing, then another came up, and I was not able to take classes until almost two years after graduation. Then, while in my second semester, I was in a bad car accident and was not able to make my finals. A long story short, I ended up scraping a whole semester of classes due to "incomplete" standings. It took me almost 10 years to get the time and money to go back to school. Once I did, I kept going. I received my A.A. from a local community college in 2010 (10 years after I graduated high school). I then received my B.A. in English with a minor in history. Now its 2014, and I will be finishing my M.A. in English and Creative Writing. Once I finish my degree, I plan to use it to instruct college courses. My first application will be to Rock Valley College, my alma mater.
