"The professors are nothing short of phenomenal."
At age 17, I found out my significant other was pregnant. She lived in a different state, so I packed up my things and moved there. It was very tough trying to find work only being 17. For a while there, I lost hope until I finally found a job. Then after my son was born, I figured it was time to get started on my education. I couldn't find the programs I wanted at the local colleges in my area. I wanted a four-year program for information technology or computer science; that's when I found SNHU. The application process was very easy, and my academic advisor was tremendously supportive. I now work nearly full-time and attend SNHU full-time. The professors are nothing short of phenomenal. A lot of people are pessimistic about teen parents, but I want to prove to the world that I'm more than a statistic.
