"I have found the classes here at SNHU very rewarding, and I have learned a great deal from the program that I am studying."
I have been working part-time for 10 years as a higher education teacher at a local college. I wanted to go back to get another master’s degree, so that I may obtain a full-time position within a company. I have always liked working with databases, so that is why I chose the program of information technology with a database design concentration. Wendy (my counselor) has been helpful in making sure I achieve my goals in this degree. I am glad she is looking out for my best interests while I am here studying at SNHU. I have worked through many goals in my lifetime. One of my biggest hurdles is getting my epilepsy into remission. That was the biggest goal I had set for myself and one that I had gladly overcome.
I have found the classes here at SNHU very rewarding, and I have learned a great deal from the program that I am studying. The things that keep me in check from procrastination are: a Google calendar that goes off on my cell phone to alert me when I need to get things accomplished; time management is important with online work; and planning when you do your assignments is very important.
