"I have gone to three schools and have not felt more cared for than I have as being a student here."
I am a single mother of a 15-year-old girl. I work full-time as well as participate as vice president of the PTA. Though my life is full, I found myself with some college and not working in the profession I've dreamed of. I thought there is no way I can fit school with everything else, but I also didn't want to feel stuck. Not to mention the fact, that I couldn't expect my daughter to go to college and finish if I hadn't. I had to be a role model to my child. So I gave SNHU a try; it is actually the longest I have ever been in school, and the reason is because the people here are great. My academic advisor calls me and motivates me. My professors have picked up a phone and called me when they saw I may not be getting something. Just today, my teacher e-mailed me just to say I rock. I have gone to three schools and have not felt more cared for than I have as being a student here. I am a year away from graduation I could not be more proud to walk the stage and graduate from this university.
