"I am happy to finally get my degree in something I have always loved."
I have always worked dead-end jobs, with people telling me to go back to school and to get a real job. But I always said I didn't know what I wanted to be when I grew up and I didn't want to waste money on a degree I didn't really want. One day, it just hit me and I knew I wanted to get my history degree. I have always loved history, everything from Ancient Egypt to World War II. It was the one class in high school that I actually enjoyed and paid attention in. My plan after I earn my degree is to work at a museum--whether it be a guide or a curator. Either way, I am happy to finally get my degree in something I have always loved.
