The purpose of the Women's Leadership Summit is to raise awareness of the personal and professional capacities and skillful needed to advance in the competitive and changing world of the 21st Century.  This New Hampshire statewide event is aimed at women interested in both personal and professional growth and in optimizing their career choices in the future.

The intention of this one day Women’s Leadership event is to provide women with a more skilled and confident presence in sharing the leadership of organizations in New Hampshire and in shaping New Hampshire’s future.
 
The Women's Leadership Summit will become an annual forum where important issues relevant to women’s socio-economic role in New Hampshire are raised in an open and inquiring atmosphere and where they are critically examined and discussed.

The sessions provided throughout the day are intended to appeal to women across levels of seniority, professions and generations. There will be specific opportunities for professional development and skill building. There will also be opportunities to discuss important issues and to engage from both the individual and corporate perspective.

Attendees will have an opportunity to network and to speak with women who they do not normally have an opportunity to meet. The events of the day are designed to enhance motivation, build confidence and provide inspiration. Both those who attend and their organizations will experience direct benefits.
