The Business Administration Bradley Honors Program (BS), formerly the 3Year Honors Program, was renamed in honor of Dr. Marty Bradley, the chief architect and first director of the program. Bradley served as dean of the School of Business from 2002-08, leading the charge of competency-based education throughout the school, with the adoption of school-wide competencies in 2002.
This three-year honors program is unique as the courses are interdisciplinary "modules," rather than traditional three-credit courses, taught in the time frame of the regular semester. You'll take all your courses with the other three-year students in your year but live (or commute) and participate in activities with students from across the university, just like your peers. You'll earn the same number of credits (120) as students in four-year bachelor's degree programs.
The program integrates course content into unique learning experiences, with core courses satisfying general education and major requirements. For example, instead of taking Public Speaking as a separate course, three-year honors students fulfill the public speaking requirement through required class, client and public presentations. The program also incorporates liberal arts and business courses.

Business Core Program
Programs in the School of Business require learners to complete the business core program, which includes a variety of business-specific courses. This program focuses on 10 core competencies to prepare you for success wherever you go.
This course applies economic theory and quantitative techniques to solving business decision problems. The principal economic framework is that of microeconomics and covers such topics as demand, production, cost and market structures. Regression and linear programming are the main quantitative tools developed in the course. Computer applications are a required part of the course.
This course is designed to examine the fundamentals and principles of management in order to develop an understanding of management in any formal organization. Special attention is paid to planning and decision-making. International management is also covered. Writing Intensive Course.
This course examines leadership as an inter-personal and intra-organizational phenomenon with an emphasis on student leadership development. It includes leadership assessment, leadership development, the leadership process, the contagious nature of leadership, leadership and productivity, motivation, and effective leadership styles and theories. An international perspective is included. Current readings, research, simulations and exercises are used. Team intensive course.
