"SNHU feeds that passion with in-depth classes via the Internet."

Having been to a campus college before, I was very wary of first coming to SNHU. I wish I would have the second I started college back in 2008, however, now that I am here, the most important thing to me is achieving a degree in the only thing that I ever thought I was any good at — writing. SNHU feeds that passion with in-depth classes via the Internet. It doesn't feel like I'm hundreds of miles away, but right there, listening to the instructor’s every comment or concern. It tickles me to think that I had worried so much for such a singularly foolish reason. However, my passion for writing is also fed by all the new things that I have the privilege of learning in every single class — from art to history, literary theory or nature writing — it is all-inclusive and ready for you to grasp. All you need to do is take the first step.

This frightened me for a while because I thought I wouldn't be able to afford school. But SNHU, making it affordable and convenient, makes me proud to call myself a student. My success has only just begun because of SNHU, and it can only go further.

I hope to one day publish a book, something that anyone could sit down, read and enjoy. That is the greatest success for me; not how much money I make, what career I'm heading for, or even what degree I have to show for all of my schooling. No, the greatest success for me would be seeing the look on a reader’s face when they read my words. Elation, curiosity and pure joy would be the ultimate success for any writer.
