"As fortune would have it, SNHU has afforded me a wonderful opportunity to balance my family life with school by attending classes online."
I am a single mother of two beautiful, special girls. They are the driving factor behind my decision to attend college. Ironically, balancing school with caring for them and working full-time is more complicated than if I'd gone before I had them. I have been on my own since I was still in high school, which made it difficult to attend college, as time and money were resources that I had little of. I have managed to advance through life relying on my skill set, intellect, and adaptability well enough to make a good life for my girls and myself. I currently work as a business analyst for Humana, but it has become difficult to advance further in my career. Most positions that would be the natural next step in my line of work require a bachelor's degree. As fortune would have it, SNHU has afforded me a wonderful opportunity to balance my family life with school by attending classes online. They are helping me build a better future for my daughters.
