"It may not be an easy journey, but with help from my SNHU advisors and instructors, it is sure to be a rewarding one."
I graduated from high school in 1987 and continued on to earn my associate degree in business in 1990. I was soon married with my dream job. Blessed with two daughters, they became my focus. Priorities, by this point in my life, had changed, and my family and I made a big move from New Jersey to North Carolina where I could be a stay-at-home mom and escape the "rat race." Having spent some years at home raising my children, I was given an opportunity to work for a local school system. Soon a part-time position led to a permanent one. Surrounded by people with a love and devotion for education, it became readily apparent that it was time to finish my bachelor's degree. It may not be an easy journey, but with help from my SNHU advisors and instructors, it is sure to be a rewarding one.
