"My classes all utilized quality learning materials, and my professors were highly knowledgeable."

When I started at my prior university in 2009, I was ecstatic to begin earning my degree. Along the way, though, I became very ill. And because I wasn’t provided the proper resources by my previous university, had to leave school.

After two years of being out of school, I was finally healthy and wanted to pursue my education again. However, I was worried because I was working full-time and didn’t know how I could possibly earn my degree at the same time. A brick-and-mortar campus just was not an option. But I was also fearful of choosing an online university because I didn’t know what to expect, and was worried I would not be provided the support I’d need.

After researching several schools, I finally decided on SNHU, and registered for my first term of classes. I was excited, but also incredibly anxious. Having been out of school for some time, I didn’t know if I could still be as academically successful as I’d previously been. To my great surprise, I ended up doing amazing my first term, learned so much and really enjoyed my experience.

My classes all utilized quality learning materials, and my professors were highly knowledgeable. Any time I had a question or concern, my professors were there for me, responding almost immediately. My advisor has been fabulous as well. She has motivated me, guided me and also been there any time I have needed her. I so appreciate everyone at SNHU, and the opportunity I have been provided to better my life and start a career that I will love. My life would not be the same without my experience at SNHU. I am so excited to see what the future holds and start my dream career!
