"Every employee of SNHU that I have encountered has been pleasant, understanding and helpful."

I am 26 years old, married to my high school sweetheart of 10 years and the mother of two young boys, three and one. I work two jobs, full-time at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and part-time at a copy and printing center owned by my brother-in-law.

SNHU is my third attempt at college, and the first time that I have truly experienced success. Every employee of SNHU that I have encountered has been pleasant, understanding and helpful, and I am so glad to have been able to become a part of the SNHU community. I am easily discouraged, but all of the kind words and random check-ins from various faculty at SNHU has encouraged me to continue to be successful. I owe a lot of my success to my husband because he picks up the slack around the house and with our children so that I am able to focus on my schoolwork when it is necessary.

I enjoy my field of study so much that I strive to do well in all of my courses, and all of my professors have contributed to my success by giving feedback and assisting me with any concerns that I bring to their attention. The other two schools that I attended seemed to be less organized and less focused on their students, and I believe that I am successful at SNHU because everyone I encounter tries to make sure that I have everything I need to accomplish my goals. Now that I am a mother, I pride myself on making my husband and children proud of me. I want to be better for them, and I want to be able to bring more to the table, which all starts with continuing my education and following through with tasks required of me.
