I have successfully completed my first semester in the BA Advertising program. I am confident I have made the right choice in choosing SNHU to pursue my degree.

Having graduated in 1991 with my associate degree, I was fortunate to find a career path in marketing that has been challenging and rewarding, but always felt that I had sold myself short academically. In 1997, I got married and now have three children who keep us very busy. After many years of thinking I should return to school, a tremendous amount of research into various programs and a realization that there will be no “perfect time,” I enrolled in SNHU.

I am currently the Senior Interactive Marketing Manager at the Acushnet Company in Massachusetts (Parent Company of Titleist and FootJoy golf brands) and I have been here for more than 11 years. I believe that I have gone as far as I can professionally with my current degree and therefore need to position myself for the future and be better prepared for future opportunities. Due to the flexible nature of the online format at SNHU, I am able to fit my studies into my busy schedule.

For those who are considering a distance-learning format, whether a new student, or anyone returning to further pursue a degree, I highly recommend the program at SNHU. My experience with the faculty, format, course materials and students has exceeded my own high expectations and while it is certainly challenging, I look forward to my own continued success as I pursue the next level of my career.
