"To all the parents out there that think they can't go to college, call SNHU."

I am a single mom, and I wanted to do something better with my life. I wanted to give my kids a better life and future. I never thought that I would be able to go to college, raise kids and work all at once. Then one day when I was watching TV, I saw the commercial for SNHU and saw all the success stories. I thought to myself that if those people can do it, why can't I? The fact that they had online classes made it so much easier for me because I can go to school from home and not have to worry about commuting every day to school. I was feeling nervous when I got the call from my admission advisor, and all I could think is "Will I get accepted into this school and finally move forward with my life?" My admission advisor was amazing and helped me complete all my forms over the phone and was very positive. He always told me that I could do it.

He called me a few days later and told me I got accepted to SNHU. I felt so excited and could not be happier. My teachers are amazing, and I am able to talk to them if I feel like I am stuck. I know I can depend on my academic advisor, Mary, if I need anything at all. This experience, so far, with SNHU has been amazing, and I could not be happier to be a part of a wonderful school. I am hoping to be able to visit the school itself and meet these wonderful people who have helped me get this far and are helping me to reach my goal.

To all the parents out there that think they can't go to college, call SNHU, and they will help you go to college online and make it so much easier for you without changing anything in your own life or routine. In the end, you will feel so proud of yourself for going this far. I know I am proud of myself for making that call and moving forward to bigger and better things in life and know that my kids will be proud of me as well.
