State-of-the-art living meets cutting edge facilities.
The Southern New Hampshire University campus is always growing. Our goal is to provide the best possible environment for SNHU students to live, learn, and enjoy college life.
Hear from Matt Petersons in Res Life about SNHU’s housing assignment process and all the on campus living options.
Please note that due to the updates to our campus experience, the enrollment steps previously scheduled for April have been delayed. Students can expect to receive further information via email when the housing selection process opens.

Below you can take a tour of Monadnock Hall, one of SNHU’s newest residence facilities. You can also visit Tuckerman Hall (primarily for first-year students) and Lincoln & Conway Halls (primarily for upper-class students). But these aren't the only buildings students find themselves in. The Student Center, the Arboretum, and the Learning Center all provide a place for students to explore and thrive.

Explore some of our other campus facilities including the new Penmen Stadium and STEM Education Building.
Hear from Dan VanAvery, General Manage of SNHU’s Dining Hall, about all SNHU’s food options, dining services, nutritionist support, and more.
Let's make it official.
In order to alleviate some of the financial hardship and stress around the college decision process, we’ve approved a discounted deposit rate of $100.
