Sexual Assault Victims Services
Southern New Hampshire University is committed to providing an educational environment that is free from sexual misconduct. The University encourages prompt reporting of these matters to allow the University to quickly respond, provide supportive measures, address allegations, and take prompt action to prevent future recurrence of misconduct. Allegations of sexual misconduct may also be considered felonies under New Hampshire law and are reportable to local law enforcement for prosecution under criminal statutes, or to obtain civil or criminal protective orders. Any member of the university community may file a Formal Complaint under the University’s Sexual Misconduct Policy if they have been subject to sexual misconduct, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment or Sexual Assault.
