The School of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics (SETA) at SNHU is the home for many different STEM programs, including Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and more. SNHU continues to steadily increase STEM-related offerings on campus, with programs available in exciting fields that include engineering, video game design, mathematics, aeronautics, and biology.

Southern New Hampshire University recognizes that STEM programs will play an increasingly important role in a modern economy and workforce. More and more students are choosing to seek an education within the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields, which appear to offer strong prospects for future graduates. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), jobs in STEM-related fields are projected to grow 8.8% through 2028, faster than the national average for all occupations.*

SNHU has dedicated incredible resources to STEM and STEM-related programs — many focused on giving you the hands-on experience you need to succeed in the real world. In 2020, SNHU built upon its SETA offerings with a state-of-the-art, 67,000-sqft building on campus. This science and tech center features a number of collaborative spaces including robotics and 3D printing labs, design hubs, a drone arena, an IDEA lab and wind tunnel. So you’ll have access to the tools—and expert faculty—you need to build your future from the ground up.

Students in SNHU's on campus STEM programs will learn from faculty members who have helped build interplanetary probes, served in the military, worked for defense contractors, designed video games, founded companies and more. SETA faculty members bring all of this experience to the table in the name of educating the STEM leaders of tomorrow.
